Oklahoma weather is tough on exteriors
Wind, hail, humidity and sun slowly break down siding, trim and seals. A loose board or gap in caulk lets water behind the wall — and that's where rot and mold start. Tool First finds the damage, fixes it right, and weatherproofs so your home stays protected year after year.
Warped, split or missing boards and panels let moisture and pests straight into your walls.
Gaps in caulk and flashing let water in around frames — the first sign of hidden damage.
Flaking paint and soft trim mean the protective seal has failed and the wood underneath is exposed.
